ABOUT A CITY – Fare città con il verde

Within the progrm About a City 2019, promoted by Fondazione Giangiacomo Feltrinelli as part of the Milano Arch Week 2019, Fondazione Riccardo Catella collaborates with a side event with the aim of stimulating the debate on the topic of making cities with green.

The event, which will take place between Fondazione Giangiacomo Feltrinelli and Fondazione Riccardo Catella, will be divided into three main moments:

– a workshop (NATURESCAPES) by invitation, on the topic of the Nature Based Solutions between commons and inclusive green areas;

– a guided public walk through the Biblioteca degli Alberi park, from Fondazione Giangiacomo Feltrinelli Foundation to Fondazione Riccardo Catella, led by Isabella Inti (architect and president of ADA Stecca) and Filippo Fantini (architect INGRE), with an introduction by Francesca Colombo (Fondazione Riccardo Catella) and with a final speech by Massimo Venturi Ferriolo (landscape philosopher)

– a keynote lecture at Fondazione Riccardo Catella on the theme “Common goods and green areas inclusive” with Socrates Schouten (WAAG) and Salvatore Settis (National Academy of Lincei).
