Green Week at the Foundation, to discover vegetable gardens

What are the most innovative experiences in creating urban educational vegetable gardens in Milan? And how to consolidate the practices promoted by schools, associations and institutions?

As part of the Green Week, the event “Comunità di pratica: gli orti didattici nelle scuole milanesi” organized by the Departments of Education and and Urban Planning, Green and Agriculture, by the Municipality of Milan and the Milano Food Policy in collaboration with Fondazione Riccardo Catella, invites the whole city to discover a practice – the one of the realizing urban educational vegetable gardens – in continuous growth: non-profit institutions, local associations and institutions involved will describe their experiences.

The event will be held on Friday 27.09.2019 at 5:30 PM, at Fondazione Riccardo Catella. During the meeting, there will also be a workshop for children in the vegetable gardens of the garden, organized by RECUP.

The meeting is open to experts, families, associations, schools, curious people and “small gardeners”.
To participate in the event, you must register and complete your registration, also indicating any practices or projects in progress, at this link.
